These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Trontra LLC ("Trontra," "we," "us," or "our"). Trontra LLC is a limited liability company registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Trontra provides software engineering and AI-related professional services, including the design and development of software products and systems for business clients. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and scope are defined in separate written agreements between Trontra and the client.

We also offer AI agent products. Use of those products is subject to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented at signup or in the product.

For our AI agent products, we may send SMS messages to the phone number associated with your account for account notifications and two-factor authentication (2FA) notifications. By providing a phone number and using the product, you consent to receiving these transactional messages related to your account.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing, and we do not use your phone number for marketing. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of non-essential SMS account notifications at any time in product Settings → Notifications. After you disable SMS notifications there, we will stop sending those messages. Opting out of certain security messages (such as 2FA) may limit access to features that require phone verification; use the controls available in Settings for your product.

We do not build products or services that involve adult content, or that are crypto-related (including cryptocurrency, blockchain tokens, or similar digital assets). We reserve the right to decline any engagement that falls into these categories or that we otherwise determine is inconsistent with our business practices.

We process personal data only as necessary to communicate and deliver services, including account and 2FA SMS for AI agent products where applicable. We do not share customer phone numbers with third parties for marketing or use them for marketing. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Ownership of work product created under a client engagement is governed by the applicable client agreement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the website shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Liability under client service agreements is governed by those agreements.

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
